Contact

One inbox.
One person.
Replies by hand.

There is no support desk here, no ticket queue and no chatbot. A message you send arrives in one inbox and gets answered by the same person who wrote the tool you’re asking about. That makes replies specific, and it makes them slower than a company with a rota.

Write to one address.

There is no contact form on this page, deliberately. A form adds a step, hides where the message ends up, and leaves you without a copy of what you sent. An email goes straight to the mailbox and your sent folder is the receipt.

Email

hello@answermend.com

One mailbox, read by the person who built the tool you are asking about. Nothing is routed, tagged or triaged before it is read, and replies are written rather than templated.

Typical reply time

One business day. Not a target — the number that still holds on a bad week.

What to put in it

  • 01The domain you checked, if this is about a result one of the tools gave you.
  • 02What came back, and what you expected instead. That difference is the whole message.
  • 03The page you were on — the URL on its own is enough.

Worth writing about.

  • 01A tool returned something that looks wrong. Send the domain and what you expected — a false result is the most valuable message this inbox can get.
  • 02A claim on this site is out of date. The AI engines move monthly and some pages state facts with a shelf life.
  • 03Something in a tool’s output didn’t make sense, or you want to know what a check can and can’t see.
  • 04You run an agency and want to know whether any of this will be useful to you.
  • 05Press, or you’re writing about the category and want a question answered on the record.

The limits of this inbox

Things this inbox
can’t do.

Four of them, and none is a queue you can jump. Knowing which is which saves you writing the message.

no accounts

Account or billing help. There are no accounts and no paid plans open, so there is nothing to log into and nothing to invoice.

not possible

Guarantee that an AI assistant will start mentioning your brand — nobody controls that, and any tool claiming otherwise is selling a number it doesn’t own. The reasoning is on the about page.

one person

Same-day answers. One person, no rota, and replies are written rather than templated.

unanswered

Link exchanges, guest posts and SEO outreach. These go unanswered.

Scope, plainly

What this does,
and what it will not.

The same panel sits on the about page and the contact page, because the same question arrives through both. Read the right-hand column first — it is the more useful half. Everything in it is a decision rather than a gap, so if you need one of those things, buy it somewhere else instead of waiting on us.

The boundary of the product, written down so you do not have to email and ask.
AreaWhat Answermend doesWhat it deliberately does not do
What gets measuredWhether an AI answer cites your page, names you from memory without fetching anything, or leaves you out. Four states, kept apart — and not measured is never rounded down into a zero.No single blended visibility figure, and no position number. An AI answer has no positions in it, so a rank would be a number we made up.
Which assistantsThe free scan asks ChatGPT and Gemini. Perplexity is on the paid plans. Not a breadth race. Where an engine has no public API — Google’s AI Overviews — it is named as unmeasurable rather than scraped and dressed up as a measurement.
What you get backThe fix as a file: a schema block, an llms.txt entry, an answer section for the page closest to the question. Something you paste in, or forward to whoever built the site.No audit deck, no retainer, and nothing that edits your website for you. Nothing there changes unless you choose to paste something in.
Who it is forOne brand at a time — the person who owns it, the marketer who answers for it, or the agency looking after a handful of them. Not an enterprise platform. No SSO, no procurement track, no security questionnaire. That is an exclusion, not a roadmap item.
What it costs to lookThe generators and the site checks take no card, no account and no email. The result appears on screen. There is no checkout on this site and no card is stored anywhere. Nothing renews, because nothing starts.
Your scan dataA scan record holds your brand, your competitors and precisely where you are losing. It stays yours. It never goes into a public page, a case study or an aggregate without your separate, explicit opt-in. No model is trained on it.
