- Google’s AI Overviews is a paid-plan check and it is capped — we can only buy a set number of those a month, so which plan carries it isn’t settled yet.
- The free caps — 10 questions, 2 assistants, one pass — are our own working defaults, and they can tighten.
- Nothing on any plan is uncapped except the generators, which run in your browser and cost us nothing. The site checks fetch your URL from our server, so they carry a real cost and will be capped. Where a check costs money to make, it has a number on it.
One email when there’s something to buy
Not a drip sequence. You’ll hear once when the scan is running and the plans open, and once when the Pro price is a number instead of a dash.
The awkward ones
Some of these answers are “we haven’t decided”. That is the true answer, and a made-up policy would be worse than an empty one.
Can I actually buy this today?
No. The visibility scan is still being built and there is no checkout on the site. The four generators are live right now and free. The three site checks have pages live with the check still in build. Starter and Pro are waiting lists, nothing more.
Why is the Pro price a dash?
Because we haven’t picked the number, and printing a range instead would be a trick — you’d read the lower figure and we’d have to walk it back. A published price is a promise. One number goes there when we can keep it.
How will billing, refunds and cancellation work?
Not published yet. The payment provider and the refund policy are still open, so there is nothing here we could honestly promise. Both get written down and put on the site before anything can be bought.
What’s the difference between being mentioned and being cited?
Mentioned means the AI said your name from memory. Cited means it actually went and fetched your page and linked to it. They’re different problems with different fixes, so we never add them together.
Can you guarantee I’ll get mentioned?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Nobody controls what these systems say. What we can do is show you exactly where you’re missing and fix what they read on your site.
If I stay on free, is that a problem?
No, and it isn’t a trial that runs out. The one condition is on the monthly email: if it goes unopened two or three times running we pause it, because sending checks nobody reads costs money. One click starts it again.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
There’s no yearly price at all yet. If one ever exists it will be on this page, at a number, like everything else here.
What happens to my scan?
It stays yours. Your brand, your competitors and where you’re losing don’t appear in a public page, a case study or a shared dataset, and nothing gets trained on them. If we ever want to use any of it, we’ll ask you separately — never buried in a terms page.
